1/ Do I need to open an account?

Yes, if you wish to put an order you need to be a registered user.

2 / Can I get an invoice?

An invoice will be automatically sent by mail and copy will be attached to your order.

3 / Which means of payment are accepted ?

We accept payment by credit card: CB, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

4 /How to send back the goods ?

You need to send them back via our shipping partner ( DHL ) all costs incurred are for your account. We strongly recommend you to suscribe an all risks insurance, covering the full value if the goods, as you will be hold responsible for all damages until goods are received back in our premises.

5 / How can I replace an item ?

If you wish to replace an item please first contact us at sales@joggingjogging.com within 7 days after receiving your order.

Send it back to our address : Jogging, 103 rue Paradis, 13006 Marseilles, France / tel : + 33 4 91 81 44 94.

You may also drop the articles at the above address together with copy of your eshop invoice.

Goods will be replaced depending on stock availability.

6 / What if parcel is lost ?

If your parcel has not been delivered within normal timeframe, you must inform us by mail at sales@joggingjogging.com

We will then make an enquiry and let you know the outcome by mail. Definite answer from our shipping partner may vary from 1 to 3 weeks.

In case of total loss and there is no more stock available for a 2nd shipment , goods will be reimbursed.

7 / What if the parcel is damaged upon delivery

If the carton is damaged, torn, or opened when delivered it is mandatory that you check the good state of the order when the driver is present . If goods are damaged or missing you must refuse the parcel and write the appropriate and detailed reserves on the delivery note ( parcel opened / damaged/ goods missing, shipment refused ).

Jogging will not bear any liability in case appropriate and detailed reserves have not been taken .

8 / How can I trace my shipment ?

We will give you a tracing number when your order is completed. You may then go to : www.dhl.com Enter your shipment number so as to trace the shipment status.

9 / What are the shipment costs ?

All parcels are shipped via DHL with whom Jogging has a contract. Free shipping from 500 euros purchase.

The amount of freight costs is calculated according to weight and destination.It is automatically showed when validating your order and is included in the amount to be paid when ordering.

Shipments outside EEC are out of taxes. Relevant taxes and duties have to be paid by the consignee to the courrier Co.

Goods will be delivered at the place given by the buyer when ordering.

Transit time is calculated in working days.

10 / What is the transit time ?

Transit time depends on final destination and mode chosen (normal/ express).

11 / Where do you ship to ?

We ship all around the world (France, DOM TOM, Europe, USA, Canada, Russia, Asia, Emirates).

15/ How to be reimbursed ?

We will check the good state of the returned goods upon receipt and will then proceed to reimbursement by the same means of payment used when ordering. May you wish to keep this amount for a coming order, a credit note will be issued.

No reimbursement will be made in our shop.

16/ I am a professional, who may I call ?
