
Marseille, weekend of June 14 & 15, 2025. Galerie 1993, the artistic annex of the renowned Boutique Jogging, hosted The Care, an immersive pop-up focused on creativity and caring for others. With its "ideas lab" feel, the event perfectly captured the committed and cutting-edge spirit of the swashbuckling concept store on Rue Paradis.
The Care offered an intimate journey, designed to encourage reflection and connection. Plant installation, discussions about well-being, thoughtful objects... Every corner of the space resonated as a gesture towards others, in a setting that was both raw and delicate.
Visually, the gallery's scraped walls, plant hangings and recycled furniture created a Mediterranean and offbeat atmosphere — a signature of Jogging since its beginnings .
The audience, which included both Marseille regulars and foreign visitors, praised the immersive and welcoming atmosphere of the event. Discussions about skincare, slow-creation, and small daily gestures mingled with curious glances at the exclusive brands on display: Pink Wonder, Soel, Apoticari, Conscious Botanist, Boutijour, Foile, Field of Yarrow, Karolin Van Loon, Alyscamps, Coelho, Corpus, Gun Ana, Oio Lab & Ipsum Alii.
The program includes masterclasses with immersive experiences organized by professionals, offering a course on the products offered: application, compositions, explanations, massages, well-being & relaxation.
Several participants shared on social media their emotion at this format "which encourages taking the time" and "rethinking the attention given to each individual".
With The Care , Galerie 1993 continues to fulfill its role: that of a meeting point between art, design, fashion, and activism. Alongside a program often celebrated by both professionals and the general public, this pop-up reinforces Jogging's unique identity: an "anti-concept store," according to its founders, where each event is a carefully considered gesture within Marseille's cultural landscape.
