How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address at the bottom of the website's homepage.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Every newsletter sent by Jogging includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Simply click on it to unsubscribe at any time.

Orders & Payments

How do I get an invoice?

An invoice is automatically sent by email after your order is confirmed. A copy is also included in your package.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard) as well as via PayPal. All payments are secure.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment, excluding exceptional periods (sales, launches, holidays).

Which carriers do you use?

Deliveries are handled by Colissimo or DHL, depending on the method selected during checkout. Free in-store pickup is also available (Click & Collect).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the carrier chosen.

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier. The tracking method may vary depending on the carrier selected.

Can I combine several orders into a single shipment?

It is not possible to combine multiple separate orders. Delivery charges apply to each order.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered?

If your parcel has not been delivered within the stated timeframe, please contact us by email at: eshop@joggingjogging.com

We will open an investigation with the carrier. The final response may take between 1 and 3 weeks. If the loss is confirmed and the item is unavailable for reshipment, a refund will be issued.

What should I do if my package is damaged upon delivery?

If the package is damaged, open or torn, it is imperative to check its contents in the presence of the delivery person.

In case of missing or damaged items, you must refuse the package and make precise and detailed reservations on the delivery note.

Without any stated reservations, Jogging cannot be held responsible.

In-store pickup (Click & Collect)

How does in-store pickup work?

Once your order is ready, you have 7 calendar days to pick it up in store, starting from the date you receive the confirmation email.

What if I can't come within 7 days?

What happens if I don't collect my order?

Without collection or contact within the allotted time, the order will be considered abandoned, cancelled and refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return. Any return made after this period will be refused.

During this period, you can request: a refund or an exchange, subject to availability.

What are the conditions for making a return?

The articles must:

  • to be new, unworn and unwashed
  • to have returned to their original state
  • include all original labels attached
  • must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging

Any return that does not comply with these conditions may be refused.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to Jogging (defective item or preparation error).

How do I make a return?

Returns can be made by mail or directly in store.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Jogging cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

When will I be reimbursed?

Once the return has been received and checked, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the package.

How will I be reimbursed?

The refund is issued via the payment method used for the order.

Are delivery charges refunded?

Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a proven error on our part.
