Description
Samena is a rather unique experience, an extension of our identity, of our way of experiencing the south in a cove of Marseille.
Formerly an industrial site, then a ruin, Olivier Amsellem, who rehabilitated the place, wanted to preserve the different layers of time and introduce only poor materials already present on the site.
It is a work of humility more than a work of architecture or decoration.
It is a house 50m from the sea, offering a large bedroom with a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, two large patios, a small swimming pool and an outdoor shower.
Samena is also a residence for artists whose projects could be developed, produced and exhibited with Jogging.
Prices range from 230 euros to 280 euros depending on the season
Cleaning, bed linen and towels included.

Terms & Conditions
Rentals are for a minimum of two or three nights and for two people.
By confirming our reservation, you agree to respect the premises.
No professional or commercial photography will be accepted and you will be liable to prosecution.
It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or private dinners without the permission of our staff.
Cancellation of your stay
We will refund 100% of your stay if you cancel more than one month in advance.
50% if you cancel between 1 month and 2 weeks before the date of your stay.
0% if you cancel less than 2 weeks in advance.

Currently, rentals are for a minimum of two or three nights and for two people (you can also come with a baby), an extra bed in the living room can be used for a child.
